Industry-Leading Training

We are obsessed with safety. That means all of our employees are, too. We follow every safety and regulatory policy and procedure from VIKOR and OSHA. Because we strive for all of our team members to feel confident and protected, we provide on-the-job tower technician training at our main facility in Sioux Falls, SD. In our facility, we house several training towers so you learn all of the needed steps to elevate your work and become confident with what you work on daily.

VIKOR partners with local tech schools including Southeast Technical College in an effort to increase the tower technician workers available. Several of our tower tech team members are graduates of this industry partnership.

Meet Zach from our Sioux Falls, SD location.

Zach is a Construction Manager for VIKOR where he draws on his engineering background to help manage construction for our renewables division. Having grown up in the industry with his father also working for VIKOR, Zach has known about the company for most of his life.

Zach enjoys the sense of pride that comes with his job and being able to see a project go from “just a corn field in the middle of nowhere to a 300+ foot tower.” His favorite part about working for VIKOR? The lifestyle and opportunity for growth that it provides.”
